3. Orders and Payment

All prices on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. Payments are securely handled via PayFast or other approved gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We currently make use of The Courier Guy for all deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Diet IQ is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on supplements unless the product delivered is incorrect or damaged. If your order arrives with an issue, please notify us within three days of delivery and include supporting photos and your order number. 6. Privacy and POPIA

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you. Information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to complete your purchase, such as with our payment gateway or courier provider.
