At Diet IQ, your health and satisfaction are our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any supplements once they have left our facility.

No Returns or Exchanges

Please note the following:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any supplement products.
  • This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of our products for all our customers.
  • Please double-check your order before finalising your purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel by emailing [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

 

We will assess the situation and, where applicable, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Uncollected or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or remains uncollected, we unfortunately cannot refund or resend the items unless shipping is paid again.
