Sulforaphane is a naturally occurring compound associated with cruciferous vegetables, particularly broccoli sprouts. Understanding Sulforaphane
Sulforaphane occurs naturally in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, kale, cabbage and cauliflower, with broccoli sprouts being a particularly concentrated source of the compounds required for its formation.
The production of sulforaphane involves the interaction of glucoraphanin with the enzyme myrosinase. Factors such as processing and cooking can affect this conversion, while conversion by intestinal bacteria may also differ from person to person.

Nrf2 and Natural Cellular Protection
Sulforaphane is particularly recognised for its interaction with the Nrf2 pathway, an important regulator of the body’s cellular response to oxidative stress. Nrf2 influences the expression of antioxidant and detoxification enzymes, helping support the body’s own protective mechanisms.

The formulation contains no gluten, GMO ingredients, sugar, preservatives, artificial flavours or artificial sweeteners.
Adults and children aged 12 years and older should take 1–2 capsules per day on an empty stomach, ideally before breakfast, unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Take the capsules with at least 100 ml of water and do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Do not take the product if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of its ingredients.
Occasional gastrointestinal reactions, including nausea, abdominal discomfort and diarrhoea, have been reported. These effects appear to occur more often in people with existing gastrointestinal conditions. If symptoms develop, reducing the dose may help.
